Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details when available.
Shipping destination
We currently ship across Pakistan. If you need delivery to another location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 9–11 business days, depending on your city and the courier service. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders, as shown at checkout.
Order tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can use it to follow your parcel through the courier’s website.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, or incorrect address details. Lauren Bags is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, extra shipping charges may apply for resending.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
International shipping
International shipping is available worldwide.
